I had a gap in which I was going from1 reservation to the next in the same day . They had my card on file and they would have been able to run it at check in time , 3pm. Instead they made me pack up my room and leave for 3 hours while they did nothing.

The location is very convenient, near airport and major city points. Surprisingly very quiet. I also liked that theres a washer & dryer in the lobby available to guest for an affordable price. Complimentary coffee 24hrs a day was good too.

Reception was great we came in at around 8 pm, and he treated us nicely and also talked Spanish. In less than 5 minutes, my room key was ready. And the cleanes of our bed was great white sheets were actually white!
